L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon
Award-winning and Michelin star chef Joel Robuchon is the most decorated chef in the world; having 26 Michelin Stars in 2010 for his 22 restaurants in 10 countries around the world. The Gault Millau Guide in 1990 calls him “Chef of the Century” and he has received many awards and distinctions throughout his career.

Waku Ghin
Waku Ghin is on the 39th spot of the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list published and organized by Restaurant Magazine; owned by Chef Tetsuya Wakuda of Tetsuya’s in Australia. He is the first Sake Ambassador outside of Japan and his known for his signature dishes such as the marinated Botan shrimp with sea urchin and caviar and Australian wagyu with wasabi and citrus soy. Waku Ghin took the no.2 spot of The Miele Guide 2013’s Asia’s Finest Restaurants Top 20.
